It's International Men’s Day (19/11) - a chance to raise awareness about men's wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace.

As an employer, you have the power to make a real difference. Start with a few actions:

- 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: encourage open mental health conversations ("It's OK to talk.")
- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡: share health information or promote check-ups
- 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: celebrate male role models

It’s been a busy and inspiring week at RCS as our team attended events right across Wales. We have:

📍 Joined the Healthy Working Wales launch event in Cardiff
📍 Visited the Cardiff Business Expo
📍 Took part in a drop in organised by Maximus
📍 Exhibited and saw our Training Manager, Claire Lynch, present at the CVSC Conference in Llandudno
📍 Attended a Winter Wellness Clinic in Pembrokeshire
👀 Had a sneak preview of our brand-new website currently in development

All while continuing to deliver training and support people through all our programmes.

We’ve had fantastic conversations with people and businesses across Wales, all passionate about improving wellbeing for individuals and organisations alike. And had some great feedback about RCS!!

Now… time for a well-earned restful weekend before we get to do it all again next week! 💙
