🚓👟 Community, Connection & Keeping Fit in Rhyl 👟🚓

Officers from Rhyl Neighbourhood Policing Team were proud to join members of the local community today for the Sunday Run at Marine Lake.

Join The Run is a fantastic community‑led event that takes place every Sunday at 0800hrs, bringing people together to stay active, support one another, and enjoy some positive time together outdoors.

Running side by side, our officers loved getting involved, chatting with residents, and being part of an event that shows the strength of our community. It’s a great example of how coming together, supporting each other, and keeping fit can make a real difference to wellbeing and local connections.

👏 Thank you to everyone who took part. We look forward to joining you again soon!

Strong winds Today but the sun was shining ☀️… no excuses for JoinTheRun

The community showed up, pushed through, and got the run DONE 💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Massive respect to everyone who not only gave their all out on the New route, but also donated Easter eggs for the children’s ward at Glan Clwyd Hospital 🐣❤️ — a reminder that today was about more than just miles… it was about giving back and thinking of others who need it more.

There’s always someone worse off — so stay grateful, keep moving forward, and keep lifting others up 🙌

Building a stronger community through FREE fitness, no egos, no pressure just showing up and put the work in 💪🏽💣

It’s not about being the fastest or strongest, it’s about building something that is real 🩵

A community where all levels of fitness are welcome, all ages and most importantly no one gets left behind 👏🏼
