📝 How to sign up:
It’s really easy — you just need to nominate a pharmacy.

You can do this by:

• Speaking directly to your chosen pharmacy, who can set up your nomination, or
• Letting a member of staff at the surgery know which pharmacy you’d like to use

Once your nomination is set, your prescriptions will go straight there automatically.
