If a plant doesn't flower don't try and fix the the plant, instead Lifeism optimised the conditions in which it grows. by Edcalyan September 22, 2016
In the very earliest days of the Institute, however it became very clear that life coaching and a few personal development goals were useful, but actually, people want so much more. People really need life philosophy, where they can experience appropriate personal development through a real connection to life itself – to truly achieve self-realisation and design a lifestyle that suits them. Lifeism is all about developing the capacity to manage the circumstances in which you live, reducing the degree to which external conditions are responsible for how you feel. So, the Institute of Life now has a Lifestyle training course which enable people to take control of their life and find the life that is right for them. However this is not from any man-made explanation of life, but from life itself and our accredited trainers are environmental psychologist who help people understand life, so that they can make it their own.
