Here’s little bit more about Amandeep:

Aman completed a four-year integrated Master’s in Osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he developed strong clinical skills by managing a diverse range of patients presenting with everything from acute injuries to long-standing musculoskeletal issues.

He also holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage, which adds depth to his hands-on skills and understanding of soft tissue injuries, rehabilitation and athletic performance.

Aman has a strong personal interest in strength training and understands firsthand how challenging chronic pain can be. This drives his commitment to helping you move with ease, feel more confident in your body and get back to the activities you enjoy.

His Approach

Aman places you at the centre of every session. He takes time to understand your goals, lifestyle and daily demands so that treatment feels truly tailored to you. He combines structural osteopathic techniques, soft tissue work and personalised exercise guidance to support recovery, boost confidence and enhance overall wellbeing. He believes in empowering patients with clear, practical explanations and helping them understand the factors contributing to their symptoms. Aman also considers wider lifestyle elements such as movement habits, sleep, stress and nutrition to support long-term health.
