New Moon in Aries energy is real and welcomed.
I revisited RAMA for the first time since my dear teacher passed in 2021. Grief has such complexity, in no way linear or logical.. As I laid down for the gong an unexpected sadness came over me as I recognized how much I miss having a strong, present teacher that I connect with deeply and feel seen and understood by.
And!!! because many realities exist simultaneously I felt so happy to be able to arrive in a Mallorca and within 2 hours be in a class and feel so at home.
Something that really landed..
Reference or Reverence - the concept (or at least how I heard it) are you operating from a space of reference- going back through the mind of what you have seen, what you think you know or what you see others doing
Or , are you responding in Reverence, to the divine 💫💫 intuition, inspiration, sacred guidance. Me bowing to the later. 🙏🏽
Grateful for the reminder.
This Aries energy is fueling new beginnings- the transformation that needs to happen. Don’t limit yourself 🌹 🔥

Equinox Heart Activation - 11 Days to Bloom

As we approach the Equinox, nature begins to open again. The light returns, the body softens, and something within us starts to stir. A quiet excitement. A sense that something new is ready to emerge.

For 11 mornings we will gather in a simple, intentional space to meditate together, gently opening the heart and reconnecting to the deeper intelligence within.

At the centre of each session is an 11-minute Rose Frequency Meditation, designed to soften emotional armour, restore warmth in the heart, and awaken a natural sense of aliveness.

After the meditation I will create space for journaling, offering prompts each morning. We will also stay connected through a supportive WhatsApp group where we can share reflections and the magic of the journey together.

🌕 Full Moon in Ta**us ✨
Taking time and space for slowness today to acknowledge my values and what it means to deepen my alignment to the most high.
Time to let some things wither and die..
Allow the new to come in through nothingness..
New creative endeavours, relationships, dreams, ideas, lands.. ?

Honouring the divine mother 💕💫

Last night I held space for my beautiful friend to honour her journey into motherhood and welcome the precious soul that chose her 🙏🏽💕🥰

It’s a tradition in our kundalini sangat on the 120th day of pregnancy, family and close friends are invited to rejoice. The celebration is to honor the mother and offer her loving support. We gathers to meditate, chant, and reflect on the reality that a soul is entering her womb. We offer prayers for the woman’s spiritual, mental, and physical well-being so that she may inspire, teach, and guide her child. Also, sharing stories, experiences, lessons and many laughs that are so so important to hear, it nourishes our souls!

I love to hold these spaces, woke up this morning in a fussy state of awe. What a privilege I have been blessed with in this lifetime. Forever grateful 🙏🏽🥰
