Do you like horses?
Perhaps a slightly non-traditional way to invite you to look at our class schedule for the week ahead…
Being around horses reminds us of something important — presence, sensitivity, strength without force, and most important-healing.
Yoga invites us to explore similar qualities. To listen more closely to the body, to organise movement from the inside out, and to reconnect with breath and environment.
This week’s timetable is inspired by that feeling. Alongside our regular classes, we also have some special sessions coming up this weekend we’re really looking forward to.
Do you like horses?
Perhaps a slightly non-traditional way to invite you to look at our class schedule for the week ahead…
But being around horses reminds us of something important — presence, sensitivity, strength without force, movement that is natural and responsive rather than driven.
Yoga invites us to explore these same qualities. To listen more closely to the body, to organise movement from the inside out, and to reconnect with breath and environment.
This week’s timetable is inspired by that feeling. Alongside our regular classes, we also have some special sessions coming up that we’re really looking forward to.
Whether you are looking for a small shift or a deeper transformation, we’ve got you covered.
Which one will you be joining?
