▪️Think about how you will feel AFTER

5 Synchro Dbl. DB Thrusters (20/15kg)
5 Synchro Dbl. DB Hang Squat cleans (20/15kg)
*add 1 rep to each movement every round until you can no longer complete the reps in the allotted time
