Singing for the Brain is all about having fun and joining in, no experience needed!

Come along, make new friends, and enjoy the feel-good power of music every week.

Exercise your brain through song, laughter, and movement. Feel free to get up and dance, jiggle, or simply move to the beat, no steps to learn, just enjoy the music your way

Open to all and especially welcome to those living with memory loss.
