A great group to learn last night how compensations create problems, and how we can avoid letting them set in.

When your wife gets from holding Thunderbird 2 too much. 😬💥

The main issue of CTS is the position change of the wrist, caused by repeated holds and movement, as well as a lack of stretching of the wrist extensors muscles.

As the wrist position moves, it compresses the dorsal nerves and increase tension on to the tendons around the wrist and hand, which can create pain.

Acupuncture is a great treatment to help stimulate healing and pain relief, whilst allowing relaxation over time and when the needles come out

Add on a few wrists mobilisations and an exercise program, and this CTS will start to shift quite quickly.
