We are having an experiment with the return of the Chair Yoga Class - newly refurbished hall... new ideas 😀 The class will begin on a Yoga mat for some gorgeous simple stretch and release movements ( useful every morning before you get out of bed too) with a chair next to you so that we could transition easily into the chair for the main part of the class ( no rush to get there and a very useful skill to keep working on)We'll also include some standing postures which help with strength and balance ( with the support of the chair or wall of course) It wouldn't be overly strong or without support( no pretzel shapes!)

help to improve mental clarity.

4: Keeps you mentally and physically fit.
5: Accessible to everyone
There will always be room for adjustments ( or staying on the chair)if you are having a tricky day - a friendly and supportive class.
Comfortable clothes / trousers , barefoot or trainers and ideally a Yoga mat or Pilates Mat ( you could use a folded up blanket to start with )- everything else provided. Message for more details
