PILATES…. Do you want to try Pilates?
I have 2 spaces in my Pilates classes ….
1 space in my Monday 12.30 class
1 space in my Wednesday 11am class
These classes are open to everyone…. The class sizes are small and so I can help as much as you need. If you want to be stronger, more aware of your posture, improve your core and your balance …. Come along and try this amazing form of exercise.
I have been teaching Pilates for 20 years and have seen so many people gain confidence in their bodies ….. as we all grow older I am passionate about maintaining flexibility and strength… where ever your start point is ….. it is great as an adjunct to running, cycling, swimming, gardening, working at a desk or wanting to keep active while enjoying retirement, getting back to full activity after having children….. this form of exercise can really help …
All classes are held in my beautiful studio looking out over my garden
