Greville House care home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care Each bedroom is light and airy, with en-suite facilities.

The experienced team at Greville House in Richmond provides nursing, residential and respite care. The home also has a dementia suite where the highly trained team provides specialist care for residents who are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Your loved one is free to personalise their room to help them feel more at home. Greville House also has a wide choice of lounges, including a sunny garden room, which is used for activities and celebrations. Each floor has a dining room with a kitchenette where residents can make their own drinks and snacks if they wish to. The home also has a quiet room, a hair salon, and pleasant secure, landscaped gardens.

Just some highlights from a fun filled week had at Greville House as we are getting ready for Christmas ! The lovely ladies from our community came and sang beautiful Christmas carols , they bring such joy and harmony!
Ann our local Vicar gave us such a beautiful church service as she does every week ! Our activities team also took the residents in our Mini bus up to London to see the wonderful Christmas lights , which was amazing the residents had a wonderful evening , we also ate mince pies and drunk mulled wine ! An Amazing time was had by all . ❤️

What a wonderful day we had at St Catherine's School in Twickenham They invited us for Christmas lunch with their pupils , the food was delicious! We then watched them sing Christmas Carols where we were served with mince pies and coffee! The residents had an amazing time! Thank you St Catherines school and Merry Christmas 🎄

It's all about Christmas 🎄!
The festive Season has started at Greville House! We had a wonderful week doing Christmas Arts & Crafts. David the entertainer got the residents dancing and even the staff joined in 🙏Stella the therapy dog gave us a visit, the residents always are happy to see her!
The Activities team kindly took some of the residents to see the turning on of the Christmas lights, the Mayor of Richmond came and said hello to us she was so pleased to see us! It was a magical evening which was had by all 🎄🎁

A fun filled week was had by all ! The weather didn’t stop us from taking the residents to Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park for tea and cake ! We watched old films of Norman Wisdom , we did Arts and Crafts , played games , and had a tribute singer to Doris Day the residents really enjoyed her show 🌸
