Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes, I had such a beautiful, special day, it will be in my heart forever 🙏🏼

After 14 years since our first date, Mattia planned to propose at Kew Gardens, where we had our first afternoon together back in July 2011.... but winter opening hours mean the last entry is at 2.30pm 😳🤣and we just missed it.
I was of course unaware of his intentions ... we walked along the river in Richmond and made it to Richmond park for the sunset. After climbing a slippery slope of mud we got to a bench we couldn't sit on as it rained most day, so we stood just behind it. At that point the sky was clear and beautiful, the light magical, the view gorgeous... he gave me the sweetest birthday card and then my gift 🥹 💍

We always imagined I'd get super emotional when this time came, instead we couldn't stop laughing 😆 the situation was comical, yet beautiful and perfect for us.

Iren and I will guide you into 2.5 hours of invigorating, nourishing and deeply resorative yoga practise.

Starting with Vinyasa, we will get the body moving fluidly into a heart opening flow and transition into a deliciously releasing Yin yoga practise, ending with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
