Important Update – A New Chapter for My Practice

I wanted to share a small but important update with you all.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step away from renting a treatment room and return to offering mobile sports therapy treatments only. This means I’ll be bringing the same professional, personalised care directly to you, in the comfort of your own home.

This change will allow me to work in a way that better supports my lifestyle, family life, and overall wellbeing, while still giving my clients the time, focus, and quality of treatment they deserve. By simplifying how I work, I can continue to show up at my best, both professionally and personally.

If you’re an existing client, please be reassured that the level of care you receive will remain exactly the same.... just delivered in a more flexible and convenient way. If you’re new here, mobile treatments are a great option if you value comfort, privacy, and treatment that fits around your schedule.

Thank you so much for your continued support, trust, and understanding. I’m truly grateful for every client who chooses me and I’m excited for this next chapter.
