The Terrace provides a range of quality care services for older people in beautiful surroundings. The skilled and experienced team provides permanent and short-term residential and dementia care, including for people with physical disabilities. Set in a Victorian building, The Terrace retains its ornate stonework and high ceilings. Each bedroom is different: some are very spacious, some offer fantastic countryside views and others open onto the gardens and have their own patio area. There are also different communal spaces where residents can socialise with friends and visitors, take part in activities or spend quiet time reading and relaxing. The gardens are a big feature and perfect for the summer.

Residents have been busy making Easter bonnets, with the help from some wonderful students from SFX school.
We would like to ask you all to say which one you like the best by leaving a comment, the one with the most votes will win over all, but everyone is a winner and will get a prize for entering
We are all so doing an Easter egg raffle which will be drawn on Easter Sunday, all proceeds to go into the residents fund any donations of Easter eggs would be muchly appreciated thanks for all your support

With heavy heart ❤️ it great sadness to inform you that we had to say good night to Rosco this morning for the last time .We have had amazing 6.5 years with him.Rosco brought so much joy to residents staff and all the families and visitors that came to our home

Well what can I say !!!
Our chef 🧑🍳 Caroline Mawhinney is finally hanging up her chef whites for the last time.
Caroline has been with us for 34 years and she has been part of the family. So many memories.
We would like to wish her all the very best for her new chapter as a lifestyle coordinator.

There's always a choice of activities for residents to enjoy every day at our Richmond care home. We organise everything from quizzes and baking to arts and crafts, or catching up with our many visitors. And if your loved one wishes to, they’re welcome to pop into town to go shopping or to attend a local church. We’ll support them to do whatever they wish.
