Missed Appointments:

Last month we had over 46 hours of missed appointments, this was from patients who either failed to attend a booked appointment or arrived too late for us to be able to fit them in.

If you have an appt at the surgery but are no longer able to attend, please let us know so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
