Yoga workshops at Sussex Prairies are back!

The workshops are suitable for beginners as well as those with previous experience of yoga. Nothing too demanding - and you definitely don't need to be super bendy or fit to enjoy the class.

The weather is looking perfect for our workshop this Sunday at Sussex Prairies with cooler temperatures and cloud cover. The class runs from 9.30 to 12 and you can then go free-of-charge to browse the Bazaar Indian Summer Market for authentic clothing in cottons and sari silk as well as semi precious jewellery, home furnishings and gifts. There are also delicious curries available to eat.
