CHORLEYWOOD HEALTH CENTRE: will be open all day as normal.

WITTON HOUSE, CHORLEYWOOD: closed all day.

If you have an appointment booked, please double-check exactly where you need to be. We operate from three different sites, The Chorleywood Health Centre, Witton House (also Chorleywood) and Gade House, Rickmansworth, so it’s important to make sure you’re heading to the correct site to avoid any delays.

If you’re unsure, check the text reminder which will confirm the exact location of your appointment.

Please be advised that essential building and maintenance work has started on the middle floor at the Gade Surgery, Rickmansworth site.

During this period:
Some rooms will temporarily be out of use
There will be occasional noise/disruption
Access routes inside the building may be adjusted for safety
