At this point in time we are living in an extremely fast paced and overwhelming world. Mind Ur Body offers Massage, meditation and one to one Tai chi or Yoga classes designed specifically to build on your personal strengths and overcome your perceived limitation. Massage and exercise work well together to reverse negative effects of life stresses on the body and mind to help you develop a more proportional physique better confidence and concentration. Through my methods of training you can build strength, power and endurance whilst massage, can optimise the hard training and allow deeper relaxation to create a calm and focused mind. From office desks to dining tables, chairs are ubiquitous, yet their role in our health is often underestimated. The convenience of a standard chair may come at a cost, particularly when it comes to our lower back health. Lower back injuries caused by prolonged sitting have become increasingly prevalent, with severe cases even necessitating surgery. It's time to re-evaluate our relationship with chairs and explore alternative seating options that prioritize both comfort and spinal health.

The Pitfalls of Standard Chairs:

Standard chairs, while seemingly comfortable, often lack the ergonomic design necessary to support the natural curvature of the spine. Prolonged sitting in such chairs can lead to a host of issues, including lower back pain, muscle stiffness, and even nerve compression. Kneeling Chairs: Kneeling chairs redistribute body weight, reducing pressure on the lower back. They encourage a more open hip angle, promoting better posture and alleviating strain on the lumbar spine.

Seating on the Floor: Embracing a meditation position with a pillow under the sacrum can be a cost-effective alternative. Sitting cross-legged on the floor helps maintain spinal alignment and strengthens core muscles. However, it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with existing mobility issues.

Pros and Cons:
