I have two questions for you! How do you look at your nutrition? And How do you start your day? 1. I view my diet/nutrition not as how can I restrict myself so I can lose weight and be thin but what can I eat to nourish my body for great health and energy 💪! 2. I start my day with trying to pack in as many veggies and fruit I can so I get a head start my daily goodness intake!!! I start with smashing up some greens in a blender 🥗 and . All of course 😀. I then make a with all the organic fruits I can find in the shops with some coconut yogurt and added h**p seeds and flax seeds😄 It is so important to have good and in every meal so I have a poached egg or protein shake with some nuts. If you start your day with this many fruits and veggies it is going to be a great day 😃😃😃 After 2 massage clients today I am still feeling strong 💪 and energetic😄.

Do you remember back in April when my dog bit me? I was devastated. The thought of having a on my face was frightening. But luckily I am a and I use the most products on the market that are based on . So I used my usual products but instead of using the once or twice a day I popped it on 3 or 4 times a day for those first weeks. Now 7 months later the scar is totally gone and I am back to never bothering with base.
