Some of our lovely team enjoyed a relaxed ‘Walk and Talk’ to The Forge — a chance to stretch our legs, grab a coffee, and share some warm conversation (including a few family photos & stories too 💬❤️).

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Southdown Sports Club in Lewes on 18th June for our ‘Spot the Signs’ workshop about recognising when loved ones might need extra support.

The evening was filled with thoughtful discussion as families shared experiences and found comfort knowing others understand these challenges. One attendee said: "It's such a relief to talk about this openly."
Our case study showed how early intervention helped one family avoid a crisis whilst helping their loved one regain confidence. This is what's possible when we act on those early signs! 💙

We were delighted to welcome local MP Mims Davies Conservative MP for East Grinstead and Uckfield to our office on Friday 27th June.
