Solid Rock Psychology will be offering a 10-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills group commencing January 2026, delivered by practice director Dr Sarah Morris.

This structured group program focuses on building practical skills across key DBT areas, including:
• Emotion regulation
• Distress tolerance
• Mindfulness
• Interpersonal effectiveness

DBT skills groups can be helpful for individuals who experience intense emotions, interpersonal difficulties, or challenges with coping during stressful situations.

This week marks one year since Shaminka joined the Solid Rock Psychology team.
In that time, she has brought not only her clinical wisdom and steady presence to those she supports, but also her warmth, humour, and generosity of spirit to our team.
She celebrates others’ joys wholeheartedly and walks alongside them in their pain — both our clients and her colleagues.
We’re so grateful for all that she contributes, both as a clinician and as a wonderful teammate. 💛
