The constant mum guilt.....

Guilty for going to work, guilty for not being present, guilty for choosing time to exercise, guilty for having date nights with our partners, guilty for having time with our friends, guilty for going for a massage.....

We don't realise how much we are inspiring them until we get little snippets like this.

What would your 40 year old self say to your 30 year old self?

Still in my 30s but living the life through my fabulous and 40 year old clients, those that are taking on the menopause, swimming in the sea every morning, pb-ing in marathons or maintaining platinum status on my zone. You are inspiring every one of you ❤️ (The rest of you are too but for the purpose of this post 😘)

One common theme is looking after your body and nourish it as much as you can, it's never too late to start but the earlier you create a healthy environment for your body to spring from you would think there would be more chance of making it easier for ourselves as we age.

Is there one small thing that you can do today that your 50/40/30 year old self would love you to have done now?
