🎨 Creative Hands at Work!
Our Art Group tried their hand at decoupage this week — decorating small animal models with colourful paper and glue.

Each piece was unique, and everyone showed brilliant creativity and concentration. Fantastic work, team! 🐘🦒🖌️✨

❗Are you driven, motivational in your leadership, and able to set an exceptional example of how to provide person centred and strength-based support?

💪🏻 In your role, which will be supported by your manager and the senior management team, you will work within effective systems to deliver high quality day opportunities.

✅ Previous experience of a management role in a similar environment is desirable, and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is a must, as are excellent communication skills.

🏛️ History Head Trip to Rockbourne Roman Villa 📜

Last Friday, the History Head group visited Rockbourne Roman Villa. The group explored the ruins, saw real Roman mosaics, and learned about life in Roman times. It was a really hot day!

We will always be very grateful for Rory, a kind lady and keen sailor who set up Sailability all those years ago- Windward Day Services were amongst some of their first customers all those years ago and we still enjoy going to this day! ⛵️
