At South Coast Chiropractic, the first step is always a thorough assessment. This helps us understand what may be contributing to your discomfort and which approach is most suitable.

Knee pain can show up for lots of different reasons — from overuse, old injuries, muscle tension, or the way the knee is being loaded during everyday movement. Because every knee is different, understanding why it’s happening is the most important first step.
