Over the 2 hours you can expect a mix of soothing crystal sound bowl healing and heartfelt sharing. Our sound therapy sessions help release energetic blocks, while the open discussions offer a safe space to share your stories and connect with others. No pressure to talk—you're welcome to simply soak up the healing and positive radiating energy.

Dear Jeremy Hunt, this is what you said in 2016. If you truly believe it, why didn’t you mention mental health once in today’s new budget?

No new mental health support teams in schools.
No funding for early mental health support hubs.
No mention of reducing waiting times.

Today was the Government’s last chance before the General Election to finally make young people’s mental health a priority.

It’s time to wake up.

The number of young people with mental health problems has almost doubled since 2016. We are in a mental health emergency and we need radical and urgent action to stop young people from suffering.

It’s been a little quiet at DHW HQ recently. A bout of pneumonia and Flu and a week in hospital has knocked me out of service for a while, but i’m back, the sun is finally shinning and it’s time to get planning! 🥰
