Leila had worked with therapists, coaches, even done EMDR... and still carried layers of anxiety and emotional wounds. “Maybe I’m too complicated,” she told me. “What if I’m unfixable?”

Her resistance came from a place of deep disappointment and self-doubt. She didn’t trust herself to heal, or me to guide her.

3am. You're awake again.
