I have always felt passionate about using natural and holistic methods to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. By treating each person as an individual, rather than focusing on illness, I feel that this can be accomplished. When treating a patient using Traditional Chinese Medicine, I use a combination of both traditional and modern techniques which include; acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, electro acupuncture and guasha. Acupuncture may benefit many conditions, and some of these include; sciatica, muscle and joint pain, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety, depression, menstrual issues, wellbeing during and after pregnancy, fertility, digestive issues, hypertension, acne, hay fever and insomnia. As a Naturopath, I use several different therapeutic methods which include; Bach Flowers, Tissue Salts, Iridology, Nutrition, Homeopathy and Herbs. I feel I have an affinity with Bach Flowers and Tissue Salts and I use them in conjunction with Acupuncture regularly.

The Acupuncture needles have been stocked up!!

Most acupuncturists are very particular about the type of needles they use. Myself included!

I use very specific needles for Facial Acupuncture- these are fine (meaning thin) to use on the delicate skin on the face.

When treating the body, using the style of Neo Classical Acupuncture, I’ll use a longer and slightly thicker needle. Although bear in mind, still no thicker than a strand of hair.

The fish tank is an added bonus, I was lucky to have some new fish bought for me yesterday, so just showcasing them 😉

Put it up, starting writing stuff in, wondered why the 5th of January wasn’t a Monday, only to realise I bought a 2025 calendar!! Ffs 😂😂😂

Hoping that this isn’t indicative of how 2026 will go…. 😂😂
