We are pleased to announce that we are now using Physitrack an exercise prescription app. The app is free to use for our patients and allows us to prescribe bespoke exercise programmes with clear video instructions. If you would like some exercises to help your injury recovery, improve your mobility or, help you achieve your fitness goals please contact us so we can assess your needs.

We are very pleased to welcome our new chiropractor, Emma Brown, to the team at Avon View Chiropractic!

Emma studied chiropractic at the AECC UC and has also completed a degree in clinical exercise science. Emma has a keen interest in sport and sports injury and helped pitch side with a local rugby team during her training.

Emma will be available on Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons from this week. To book an appointment call us or use the book online feature.
