Beautiful Orange themed day in between special clients 🧡

The “orange chakra” is the Sacral Chakra, located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. It is the second of the seven major chakras and is associated with emotions, creativity, sexuality, pleasure, and intuition. This energy center is connected to the element of water and a balanced Sacral Chakra is thought to promote enthusiasm, adaptability, and emotional flow.

Ah and here we are on the first day of September! Representing the harvest season and a gathering of the fruits of our labour both physically and metaphorically; a reminder of all the hard work and perseverance bringing forth abundance! 💫
I am counting my blessings as I take a break from reflexology, to help bring together all the months of our daughter’s wedding planning 💖
As we prepare and tick off the many lists and deal with various last minute and unexpected jobs, it’s important to find some time to just be, and reflect. Practicing all the advice I give, letting go of doubts, releasing past hurts, letting go of anxieties and being brave. A time to make way for new thoughts, new adventures, connections and plans. (Reflexology for me already booked!)
Normal service will resume in a couple of weeks Thank you for all your support and bookings into October 🎃
Meanwhile I have emergency mending to do!🪡🧵

A fabulous sunny and bright start to October!

With the shorter days of light and often dreary grey skies, I can’t stress enough how important it is to remember to take care of you.

Get outside in nature, smell those gorgeous rich earthy scents, look for bright and exciting things, listen, stop and take a big deep breath into your belly. It’s advice I give pretty much every time to everyone as they go about their busy lives working, caring for others, cleaning, washing , shopping and ticking off all the must do list.

It’s also a season of change, slowing down, letting go and preparing for winter for sure. Just remember to shine some light on you to recharge that energy and keep shining ###

I love the preparing and planning for the combinations before you come 🪷 Setting the space to ensure its inviting and flows.

A beautiful hands and feet reflexology treatment this morning for a special lady. The reported sensation of release, safety and care felt emotional initially. What a delight to see her leave ‘floating on air’ and feeling ‘brand new’.

Holding space for you to experience real rest and reset is not a treat, it’s an essential part of well being and self care. Your body and mind deserve it 💜
