I recently put together a questionnaire locally to find out peri/menopause struggles & what people wanted to know. I had an amazing response of almost 100 ladies.

So I have taken all the questions and put together a 6 week course on all things menopause and peri menopause from what it is, symptoms, how to manage them, HRT and weight gain to much more.

I am going to keep this small & intimate for the first course so everyone feels they are in a safe & supportive space so click the link to register and let’s make this a positive part of your health moving forwards.
