This is a page for those of you who wish to embark on, or travel further on your road to emotional healing. As we travel through live we absorb positive and negative emotional experiences which have a lasting affect on our physical and emotional well being. Our physical health is often put before our emotional health. If we are ill we will take the appropriate medication. Our emotional health we often ignore, hoping it will just get lost in the universe of our mind and body. Learned patterns and behaviours from these experiences repeat them selves, causing blocks and barriers which can hamper our healthy forward motion into leading full, happy and productive lives. Neglect, abuse, rejection, low self esteem and grief are just a few emotions that all of us have to face at some point, often leaving deep emotional wounds. If these wounds are left to fester, in extreme cases they can lead to physical and emotional illness. There are techniques for healing past hurts which I am qualified to teach. I am here to help with your emotional healing.
