We treat all the people we support and work with, with dignity and respect, as we believe it is vital to ones self-esteem and well being to be the recipient of kindness and to be protected from harm.
To provide positive and quality outcomes for people needing support and care in the comfort of their own home environment by providing person centered services that listen, support and enable them to have power, choice and achievement.
We are dependable and have been providing high quality care with over 20 years experience and plan to continue to do so long into the future.
If you feel you could bring to our team the quality and compassion that brings CARE back into CARING we want to hear from you.
We also support towards NVQ/QCF qualifications for those wanting to pursue a career in care. We provide full training and mentor support for the role so previous experience is not required, however DBS check will be required.
There are full time/part time positions available including alternative weekends.
