In life we experience many issues, events and challenges which can affect our mental health and well-being. Therapy is a positive step forward to support you during such times. By understanding your thoughts and emotions, therapy encourages self awareness and resilience to develop positive mental health. My name is Elizabeth Addison and I am a integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer daytime, evening & weekend appointments on a one to one basis to clients of varying ages and backgrounds at my practice in Ripley, Derbyshire.
