I have been debating this for a while & decided after doing some local research to add a slight increase to prices from November.

On most appointments the increase is only £5 extra.

I am now offering a 2 hour appointment slot after a couple of people interested & this is at a discounted price also.

The memberships are still also discounted but now £80 for 2 1 hour sessions a month so you are still saving £20 which is a big saving!!

If anyone has any issues please message me.

Unsure to why you’re having daily headaches?

Tension can play a big part in this and tension headaches are the most common type of headache without you even realising!

This tension can be coming from your shoulders, neck and even your back muscles.

When tension in muscles becomes too much the pain can radiate to other areas, this is why you can get constant headaches.

Yes drinking plenty of water can help but to fully alleviate the pain, sports massage will become your best friend.

To begin with regular sports massage will help loosen your muscles as well as take your headaches away straight away!!

Then coming monthly will keep everything ticking over!

I am Sarah, 31 & a mother to a 6 month old baby girl😍

I opened the business 3 years ago & a lot has changed since then!

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Therapy & I graduated in 2017.

I started out as a football physio, which I absolutely loved & since then opened up SLR😍

I am fully qualified, full insured & I fully run the business by myself!

I am here to help you with pain, stress and rehabilitation of injuries! I don’t just do massages!!

My degree included anatomy, injury assessment, nutrition, sports massage & strength & conditioning!

I am here not just in person but behind the scenes for any help advice & anything you need rehabilitation wise!

More about me, I’ve played football since the age of 6 ways old, I am a derby county supporter & I do have skin issues also!

I am fully back reopened, at my new base & ready to get back into the swing of business life🫶🏽

I am reopening in 6 days, Tuesday 20th May!! Eek!

Madam is nearly 6 months old so it’s time to get back to business!
