Please note that conditions near the surgery are treacherous. Roads and pavements are slippery and wet. Due to road and public transport conditions many of our staff have not yet been able to make it into surgery. We strongly advise patients only to travel to surgery if absolutely necessary.

With the significant rise in flu and covid cases, we are now advising any patient attending with respiratory illness to please wear a face mask that covers their mouth and nose, whilst they are in the surgery building, whether that be in waiting room, corridor or in consultation with their clinician.

We are kindly asking our patients to take this precautionary step to help keep other patients, our staff and the community safe, whilst being mindful of the wishes of many not to become unwell, at any time, but especially at this time of year. Thank you.

Our wonderful Dr Greer will be running the London Marathon 2026 in support of The Miscarriage Association. Their purpose is to strive to make a positive difference for everyone affected by miscarriage. The mission is simple, by running the marathon Dr Greer is raising awareness of pregnancy loss, providing support and information, and challenging policy and practice to improve care and understanding. 💙
To understand Dr Greer's journey with the London marathon and to donate please scan the QR code below. Any donations no matter how big or small are all gratefully received. Alternatively, when you visit the practice check out Dr Greer's book stall in our reception area where all proceeds are donated to The Miscarriage Association. 💗

“With flu cases already triple what they were this time last year, we urge every patient eligible who hasn't already had their vaccine to BOOK into one of our appointments available next week in our 2 FLU clinics running on Monday 24th November and Thursday 27th November"
You can book by contacting our reception team who will be more than happy to make your appointment for you. Do also let us know if you don't wish to have your vaccine this year, so we can update our records 🫶

With only weeks to go before the worst of the flu season typically bites. We are holding a drop in FLU clinic tomorrow Tuesday 18th November between 8am – 11am.

We are urging all eligible adults to come forward now and attend our drop in clinic or contact our wonderful reception team to BOOK your flu jabs, so you are fully protected ahead of the usual flu season peak in the winter months.

Vaccination is the best form of defence against flu. Getting vaccinated now means you’ll have the best possible protection in place for yourself and your loved ones, and will also be protecting our NHS as we approach the challenging winter months
