Back in in November 2018, I began to retrain as a Reflexologist, and so much as happened since then. I qualified in August 2019 after completing around 200 reflexology treatments, and I’ve actually now lost count of the amount I have delivered. I made a decision early on to purely work as a Reflexologist and not to dilute my business by adding on additional services such as massage or reiki. Since qualifying I have undertaken a variety of personal development courses and am now a qualified Facial Reflexologist and Thermal Auricular Therapist. I am now a Reproflexology Practitioner (Fertility Reflexology), and with Advanced Facial Reflexology & ZoneFace Lift added in the spring of 2021. I have also trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, and in 2022 added Menopause Reflexology to my list of services. Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing therapy to receive and it has many benefits but as we are all unique, I recommend trying a treatment for yourself before you make any assumptions.

It’s one of those gently busy, lovely days for me… just one last room to clean this morning, a haircut booked at lunchtime (long overdue! ✂️), a quick pop-in on two friends to drop off some Christmas gifts, and then it’s home to slow things right down before heading to the carol service at Denby Church late afternoon.

I’m really looking forward to that moment where the day softens, the candles glow, and Christmas truly begins. 💫

🎄 A little festive baking pause… 🎄

Amidst the last-minute wrapping, lists and general Christmas hustle, there’s always time for a homemade cake (especially when my husband is the one doing the baking). 🍰✨

Today feels like the perfect moment to slow things down just a touch, pop the kettle on and enjoy something simple and comforting before the festivities really begin.

I can’t believe how quick this year has gone, and it’s been a pleasure to treat so many clients 🙏

The next two days have a mix of treatments booked - Foot Reflexology, Radiance Reset, Winter Warmer, Harmony Steps and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage - so I’ll be busy until late afternoon on Saturday.

Have a super Friday whatever you’re doing 👌😉

Since qualifying I have undertaken a variety of personal development courses and am now a qualified Facial Reflexologist and Thermal Auricular Therapist. With Reproflexology training now underway and Auricular Reflexology planned for November 2020, I can offer a number of services to my growing client base at Fizzio Fit in Ripley, Derbyshire.

Reflexology is a beautifully relaxing therapy to receive and it has many benefits but as we are all unique, I recommend trying a treatment for yourself before you make any assumptions.
