Push up phase complete for Laura 💪🏻
The main focus these last few months was to increase muscle mass across the board but mainly in her shoulders and chest, and as you can see we’ve done just that. She also ended up adding more size to her quads and adductors. But these photos don’t do her any justice, to seeing the progress she’s made in person 😮💨
Adding more muscle takes time and patience. Since Laura ended her cut we increased her food gradually to the point where she ended up eating 3000 calories a day and if she didn’t have so many events coming up, we could have easily carried on and pushed food higher 🫡
Cutting down calories and being lean is what a lot of people want, but you can’t stay there. You have to trust the process and learn to eat more again after a cutting phase to fuel your body to push hard in the gym. Which will increase the amount of muscle you have, thus giving you the look you want.
It’s amazing what you can achieve in such a short amount of time when you stick to the plan. Unreal work mate 👊🏻
