🗣️ Left out of the Budget. Left out of the conversation. Do care workers not count?

Today’s Autumn Budget made no mention of adult social care.
No investment. No acknowledgement. No plan.

This comes at a time of:
❗ Record vacancies
❗ Expanding clinical responsibilities
❗ Rising burnout and workforce instability

Meanwhile:
💷 £300m for NHS tech
🏥 250 new health centres
🪖 £1.5bn for defence
But £0 for care workers.
