Wow! Who says losing weight has to be restrictive and boring. Not my slimming world members that's for sure. These are just a few of the fabulous meals made by my gorgeous members this week. No wonder they're losing weight beautifully! X

It's local elections this coming Thursday and both our Ripley and Alfreton venues are being used. So here's the changes for this week:-

Ripley group will be on WEDNESDAY at 7.30 am & 9am - usual place - st Joseph's church Hall, Butterley Hill

Alfreton group will be Thursday 5.30pm at Alfreton & district memorial Hall, Grange street.

I'm sure a lot of you will have seen the incedibly sad news regarding WW facing bankruptcy.

As a Slimming World Consultant, I know the value of what local community support means - It’s what we do best at Slimming World, and has been essential to my own weight loss journey ❤️

My members know I'm there for them, 52 weeks a year, and that won't change - group is vital to success. I cannot imagine how, as a leader or a member, it would feel to have that vital support for success taken away 😔

We don't know what the future holds for WW but, if anyone is missing that vitial community suport - you're more than welcome at one of my groups x

MARGARET MILES BRAMWELL

Today - this wonderful lady will be taken on her final journey. A lot of friends and colleages will be at Derby Cathedral or Slimming World Head Office. I'm honoured to be sharing the occasion with my Slimming World "family" at head office this morning.

My thoughts will be with Margaret’s family and friends, including her huge Slimming Word family
