Wellness is everywhere and honestly it’s beautiful to see people taking care of themselves.

But, you don’t need to optimize every part of your life to be well.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You’re allowed to just be.

Sometimes the best form of self-care is laughing with your friends, dancing in your kitchen, or doing something just because you enjoy it. No purpose, no plan — just presence.

I’ve had a few new followers recently (thank you!) so thought I’d say hello and share some random facts on me, the lady behind the many pictures of feet!

✨ The moment when I decided to learn reflexology was whilst trying to help my partner with a migraine

✨ I’m commonly asked if I have a foot fe**sh but I can confirm I do not

✨ I’m getting married next year 👰🏽

✨ I love to sing, I’m in 2 funky bands called STAX & Mama Feelgood

✨ I have what I’d call a healthy addiction to Vinted

✨ I love herbal teas, but I also love mojitos

✨ I’ve just started making my own face and body oils and I’m pretty amped about it!

✨ I’ve recently started attending Pilates with the wonderful and it turns out I have muscles I didn’t know I had but they’re also completely inactive 😂

✨ I got stung by a jellyfish the other week and I might never enter the sea again🪼

I think that’s enough on me for now!
