Due to the huge demand for my bounce classes, I’m excited to announce we are adding another class every Monday at 5:30pm before the 6:30pm session! 🎉
If you haven’t tried rebounding yet… you are missing out! It’s honestly one of the most fun workouts you can do — think great music, loads of energy and an amazing group of people… it feels more like a night out than a workout! 🪩🎶
