🌟 July & August Sporting Highlights! 🌟

It’s been an incredible couple of months watching so many of my amazing clients achieve big goals! 💪

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ From IronMan Leeds in July, to IronMan Switzerland in August, and of course the determined Ripon Runners taking on the Minster to Minster (Ripon to York, 28 miles – with some running further than they ever had before!). Huge congratulations to you all 👏👏👏

On a personal note, I was lucky enough to race the 70.3 IronMan in Krakow, Poland – an unforgettable experience made even more special with Kate by my side as my biggest supporter ❤️

Looking ahead:
⚡ Ripon Ultra (relay) – Saturday 4th October
⚡ Everton 10k – Sunday 12th October

For now, it’s back to the drawing board: strength, prehab, and new goals for 2026… with swimming lessons firmly on the list! 🏊‍♂️

Well done again to all clients and friends achieving their sporting dreams this summer – onwards to the next challenges!
