1. Eat something (even if you’re nervous). Low blood sugar equals a dizzy bride, dull skin and poor makeup longevity. Light & protein based is 🔑

2. Wear a robe or button up. Please don’t ruin your makeup artist and hair stylists hard work by pulling a top over your head.

3. Keep the room cool if possible - heat and sweating equals messy makeup. Bridesmaids I’m talking to you, please stop steaming your dresses in a small room full of people 🙃

4. Don’t experiment with your skin last minute. Trust your plan, be consistent with your routine and your skin will glow. I am always on hand to advise beforehand if necessary!

5. Stay seated and relaxed during your makeup application. This is the one hour you get to yourself, enjoy every second of it.
