AJ's Female Fitness Centre AJ's is Ripon's only dedicated Female Fitness Centre. With the latest Cardio equipment, Power plates, Toning tables and chairs we cater for all abilities.

AJ's Female Fitness Centre runs alongside Intrim Health and Fitness and has a history of over 30 years in Ripon. At the end of 2015 AJ's has undertaken a revamp to include more space with the addition of 3 new Life Fitness Treadmills, Cross Trainers and Seated Bikes to accompany the new Powerplates and already popular Toning Tables and Chairs. Why Toning Tables and Chairs? - These have many health benefits which can help improve, mobility of muscles and joints and have shown many advantages of those with MS. They are a firm favorite with our members that use them along with the Powerplates which help muscle toning at a number of levels and those with osteoporosis. We cater for a range of abilities and our friendly staff are on hand to help.
