I can finally tell you all about… Slimming World LIVE! 😍

I got to try it last night and I’m honestly SO excited. It’s such a great, fun new way to build your Food Optimising knowledge, understand the why behind the plan, and connect with fellow slimmers from all over the country — all from home!

There’s real-time learning, expert support, science made simple, and that little boost of motivation in between groups… and I absolutely loved it 💛

I can't wait for you all to try it later this month, it's exciting and I think you’re going to love it just as much as I did! ✨🩷
