On Sunday, Rachel Is Mindful and I are coming together again, not just to guide a session, but to hold a space where you can soften, breathe, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have neglected while carrying everything for everyone else!
I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how powerful it is when we give ourselves permission to pause. For so many people I work with, that moment of stillness becomes the doorway back to clarity, to self-trust, and to the quiet inner strength that gets buried under daily responsibilities.
When mindfulness settles the mind, Reiki begins to open the energetic pathways… and sound, the vibration, the resonance, gently shifts what you’ve been holding in your body without needing words at all. It’s one of the reasons these collaboration sessions have such a profound effect: they meet you where you are, whether you’re overwhelmed, seeking alignment, or simply needing to feel held.
Every time Rachel and I host these afternoons, something special happens. People walk in carrying weight… and leave feeling lighter, clearer, softer around the edges. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t always have to be dramatic. Sometimes it’s found in the subtle moments, the breath that lands differently, the release you didn’t know you needed, the realisation that you’re allowed to take up space.
