I used this picture of stacked stones for the HOME page of my hypnotherapy website - why?
The stones used are unaltered and they require your full attention on the task to make them balance. You need to find the perfect connection of the centre of gravity of the stones.
It's the foundation of balance for the next layer so needs to be strong and steady. A metaphor for our lives.
There are similarities to trance during hypnosis - heightened awareness of the present moment, requires focus and attention to find the positive balance and calm and relaxation to complete the task.
