Looking for a way to help you stay on track with your daily nutritional supplement regime when you're out and about all day? Check out this handy little tin I purchased at The Hive in Risca. Big enough for at least a days worth of capsules, but also small enough to pop in your bag or pocket - super handy!
They also come in a range of funky designs 🤩
I'm sure these are meant to store spare buttons etc. but I've certainly discovered another purpose for them! 😆

There may not be a waiting room at my Crickhowell clinic...but if you have some spare time before/after an appointment, I highly recommend 'Halo' cafe, located within The Courtyard, just a few doors up from where I'm based at Wellness at The Courtyard.
There's gluten-free and vegan cakes, as well as proper loose leaf decaf tea! 🫖☕🍰

🪻🌹 ARE YOU READY FOR GROWTH? 🧐🌷
A very knowledgeable gardener recently explained to me that a newly-potted plant won’t flower until it has firmly grown its roots first. She advised to trim any flowers off a plant before re-potting it, so the plant knows to put its efforts into rooting before flowering again, as it can’t root and flower at the same time.
This led me to ponder how similar people are to plants...we struggle to flower and flourish if our roots aren’t safely and securely formed first 🪴🤔
